感谢您选择紫茜玄学（马来西亚開漳聖王府总会（社团注册号 PPM-001-14-22052023））的服务。如您对购买不满意，请参阅以下退款及退货政策。
Thank you for choosing Zixi Metaphysics (Persatuan Dewan Khai Chiang Seng-Ong-Hu Malaysia (ROS No. PPM-001-14-22052023)). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
由于功德服务的精神性质，已执行的法会项目原则上不接受退款。请在报名前仔细确认服务详情。
Due to the spiritual nature of merit services, ceremonies that have already been performed are generally non-refundable. Please confirm service details carefully before registering.
一、法会及服务项目1. Ceremony & Service Items
✓ 可申请退款的情况 / Eligible for refund:
- 本公司取消或无限期延迟法会（全额退款或转下一场，由您选择）/ we cancel or indefinitely postpone a ceremony (full refund or transfer to the next session, your choice).
- 付款后 24 小时内提出取消，且法会日期距今超过 7 天 / cancellation within 24 hours of payment, where the ceremony date is more than 7 days away.
- 重复付款（误操作导致，退还重复金额）/ duplicate payment (the duplicate amount is refunded).
- 因系统错误导致的多收费用 / overcharges caused by a system error.
✗ 不接受退款的情况 / Non-refundable:
- 法会已开始执行或已圆满完成 / the ceremony has started or has been completed.
- 付款已超过 24 小时，且法会日期在 7 天内 / payment was more than 24 hours ago and the ceremony is within 7 days.
- 因个人原因（改变主意、行程冲突等）取消，不符合上述条件 / cancellation for personal reasons not meeting the conditions above.
- 已提供服务的玄学咨询费用 / consultation fees for services already rendered.
- 订阅计划当月已执行的服务费用 / subscription fees for the current month's services already delivered.
二、改期政策2. Rescheduling Policy
- 每份订单可免费改期 1 次，须在原定法会日期前 48 小时提出 / one free reschedule per order, requested at least 48 hours before the original date.
- 第 2 次改期收取 RM 20 行政处理费 / a second reschedule incurs an RM 20 administrative fee.
- 改期须视新日期的名额是否充足 / subject to availability on the new date.
- 改期请求须透过 WhatsApp (+60 14-315 9311) 提出，并注明订单号 / submit via WhatsApp with your order number.
三、实体产品退货3. Product Returns
以下条款适用于发财香水、能量蜡烛等实体产品：/ The following applies to physical products such as fortune perfume and energy candles:
- 产品须在 收到后 7 天内，且处于未拆封、原包装完整状态，方可申请退货 / returns accepted within 7 days of receipt, unopened and in original packaging.
- 以下情况不接受退货：已拆封使用、外包装破损（非运输原因）、无购买凭证 / not accepted if opened/used, damaged (not in transit), or without proof of purchase.
- 收到损坏产品 / Damaged on arrival：请于收到后 48 小时内拍照记录并联系我们，我们将安排补寄或退款 / photograph and contact us within 48 hours; we will replace or refund.
- 退货运费由买方承担；若因本公司原因（寄错、质量问题），运费由本公司承担 / return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless the fault is ours.
- 退款将于验收退货后 5–10 个工作日内处理 / refunds processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the return.
四、订阅计划取消4. Subscription Cancellation
- 月度订阅可随时取消，须提前 7 天通知 / monthly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime with 7 days' notice.
- 取消后，当月已付费用不予退款，服务持续至当月底 / the current month's fee is non-refundable; service continues to month-end.
- 下月起停止收费 / billing stops from the next month.
- 取消后可随时重新订阅，历史积分及回向记录将予以保留 / you may re-subscribe anytime; merit points and records are retained.
- 如需暂停（最长 90 天），请联系客服办理，暂停期间不收费 / pause up to 90 days by contacting us; no charge while paused.
五、退款申请流程5. How to Request a Refund
如符合退款条件，请按以下步骤申请：/ If eligible, please follow these steps:
- 第 1 步 / Step 1：WhatsApp 联系 +60 14-315 9311，主题注明「退款申请」及订单号 / contact us on WhatsApp, stating "Refund Request" and your order number.
- 第 2 步 / Step 2：提供付款截图、订单号、退款原因、您的收款银行账户 / provide payment screenshot, order number, reason, and your bank account details.
- 第 3 步 / Step 3：本公司于 3 个工作日内审核申请并通知结果 / we review within 3 working days and notify you.
- 第 4 步 / Step 4：审核通过后，款项将于 5–10 个工作日内退回原付款渠道，或指定银行账户 / once approved, the refund is returned within 5–10 working days.
⏰ 客服工作时间：周一至周六 10:00–19:00（GMT+8）。请勿于非工作时间要求即时处理，我们将在下一个工作日跟进。
Office hours: Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00 (GMT+8). Requests outside these hours are followed up on the next working day.
